WEEKEND BOOTBLACKS

Jay was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He relocated to Massachusetts in 1979 where he now lives in the Boston area with his partner of 9 years.
Some of Jay's hobbies include: traveling, outdoor activities, camping, pool, bike riding, leather and, of course, boot blacking
Jay was introduced to boot blacking at a young age in Puerto Rico, where he was a member of a Police Academy for young adults in his early teens. Part of the training in that academy included boot blacking among other things.
Jay became interested in the leather scene in the early 90's, and has made good friends throughout the years in the leather community during his travels. He is a member of the Fits like a Glove (FLAG) Leather Club in Boston
